Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Hans Lighting (RAGHUVIR CORPORATION) processes, packs and delivers your order.

Where we deliver

We deliver across India. A small number of remote PIN codes may not be serviceable by our logistics partners; if your address cannot be served we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

Order processing

Orders are processed on working days, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Once your payment is confirmed, your order is usually picked, quality checked and dispatched within 1-3 working days. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities — typically 3-5 working days from dispatch.
• Other cities and towns — typically 5-8 working days from dispatch.
• Remote and hill areas — typically 8-12 working days from dispatch.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during festive periods, sale events, or because of weather, strikes, regional restrictions or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Where a product page states free shipping, no delivery charge is added for serviceable PIN codes.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we send the courier name and tracking details to your registered email address and mobile number. You can also see the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Delivery and installation

Our fans are installed by expert technicians. Where installation is included, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient appointment after delivery. Please make sure the wiring and mounting point at your premises are ready before the appointment.

Receiving your order

• Please check the packaging at the time of delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged, tampered with or open, refuse the delivery or note it on the courier's delivery sheet, and tell us the same day.
• Report any damage, shortage or defect discovered after opening the package within 2 days of delivery, with photographs. See our Return & Refund Policy.
• Goods are dispatched at the purchaser's risk. Claims for loss, damage or shortage in transit are filed by the purchaser with the carrier; we will provide the documentation you need and help you pursue the claim.

Incorrect address and failed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available across repeated delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A further shipping charge may apply.
