Return & Refund Policy

RAGHUVIR CORPORATION believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore operates a liberal cancellation and returns policy.

Cancellations

• Cancellation requests are considered only if made immediately after the order is placed.
• A cancellation request may not be accepted once the order has been passed to our vendor or shipping partner and dispatch has begun.
• We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. A refund or replacement can still be made if you establish that the quality of the product delivered was not good.

Damaged or defective items

• Report any damaged or defective item to our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving it.
• The request is processed once the merchant has checked and confirmed the issue at their end.
• Please keep the original packaging and share photographs of the item and the packaging — it helps us resolve the claim quickly.

Item not as described

If you feel the product you received is not as shown on the site or not as you expected, bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving it. The team will review your complaint and take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer warranty

For complaints about products that carry a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the issue to the manufacturer as set out in the warranty documentation supplied with the product.

Refund timelines

Where a refund is approved by RAGHUVIR CORPORATION, it takes 6-8 days for the amount to be processed to the customer. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount to your account.
