Payment card data: we do not store your credit card, debit card or similar card details. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, who handles that data under its own PCI-DSS compliant terms and its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data.

• Grievance redressal — you may raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (section 10).

7. How long we keep your data

We retain your information (i) for as long as we are providing goods and services to you, and (ii) afterwards where permitted or required under applicable law — for example to meet tax, accounting, warranty and dispute-resolution obligations. Where we retain data after our business relationship ends, we process it in line with applicable law and this Policy.

8. Children

Our Services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Where your data is held

Your data is stored and processed in India. Where a service provider processes data outside India, we require appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
