The Hans Lighting MXR750-10 steps up to a 750 W motor with 100% copper windings, built for tougher grinding and a longer working life than an aluminium-wound equivalent. Three rust-proof stainless steel jars cover liquidising, dry grinding and chutney, and three speeds plus an incher give you a pulse for the jobs that need short bursts rather than continuous running. Stainless steel multi-utility blades, an ergonomic handle and food-grade materials round it out, and the whole thing wipes down easily.
